CONSULTING FOR COACHES

Schedule a meeting (in person if you are local, or by Skype) and we will answer all your training questions. This may include general questions about 1) lifting mechanics, 2) teaching progressions for the squat, bench, and deadlift, 3) client specific concerns, and 4) how to adjust training programming to ensure optimal results. We are more than happy to help out!

teaching seminars

We offer educational services that are tailored to your group's needs to help develop their comprehensive understanding of the control of movement during strength training, and how this may be related to neuromuscular performance (muscle strength/weakness, fatigue, age, gender, disease) through public speaking and presentations.

Kinetics is a branch of biomechanics that studies what forces cause the body to move in the way it does...

Hands-on training

We believe that practical hands-on experience is just as important as education in order for strength coaches to be successful in training their clients. We also believe that simply telling, or even just showing people how to perform resistance exercises is not enough. We offer a hands-on learning environment that provides immediate feedback and instruction  to educate you about how to train effectively while preventing injury.
